Chicken with It's Head Cut Off

It is a crazy week so much going on and trying to get a show set up. I like stuff in order and personalized and no one wants me to be great...lol. Trying to find a company that lets me put both of my logos on my gift bags and everyone is say "we only do 1 side" ummmm dude stop talking to me so I can keep looking.

When someone has an idea in their head they have to keep going until they can get that idea on paper...on a bag...whatever.... They are going to make me have to make my own bag...lol I want what I want.

So I have to find a lot of things this week ...spaces for events...filming etc and still working full time job. I sort of envy people that only work their business because they can completely focus all of their energy on it. It is crazy trying to work full time and do a business full time... but I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Keep On Moving

So the last few days I have been updating my sites and my client sites. I like making things look better and changing things around. Have to keep coming up with ideas as someone is already trying to take your ideas and make it theirs. Just a way of life. 

So the first full month of radio shows are over and over all my clients did well. Adjusting to the whole process and killing it I am so proud of all of them. So many things going on in my head that I have to get out on paper to get my people to their next level...so much to do and so little rest but I must keep pushing. 

Keep hearing the song in my head "Keep On Moving...don't stop".... so I have to keep pushing on. Time to get in some sleep...Good Night Loves. ~ Kandie

What Going on with Kandie

Hello March!!!!!

 Sorry I have not been on here but there is so much going on. Just added Sexperts to my list of clients so learning about what they do in order to be able to give them the best service is challenging.

I am really enjoying the management part of my business. Learning new things listening to what my clients want to do and trying to get them to see the best way to advance their career and branding their companies is so cool.

So now I am working on updating my sites...playing around with some texts and elements to move
things around...so much fun...

Funny to see where my company was 3 years ago and what I am doing now. Who would have thought all of this from a hobby... Until next time loves...Peace and Blessings

Tired.com

This has been a hectic week.... working a full time job and now working full time on my business...it is a lot. I can empathize with anyone that is doing the same which is part of why I have been successful with my clients...I totally understand what they go through.

This week I had two comedy shows. Talked to potential clients about possible new projects got added into a new movie and cleaning my house...lol yes that is a job...

Now at 10 pm I am doing research for some of my artist and actors...trying to find venues for them...there is a project for a play and movie that I have to setup...sigh love being busy and love working with like minded people that are trying to do something with their lives...you NEVER know what you can do or where you can go if you don't try...

What are you doing? What have you tried to do differently?? Where are you trying to go???

These are questions that I ask myself daily ... so that I can stay focused and on track....

Change

Some people do not like change....for me I am always looking for better was to do things. I understand that am not always right and will apologize if I am wrong.... some people do not see when they are wrong....complain when things happen to them but turn around and do the same thing to others.

This week I am on vacation from my job so I get to work more on my babies.... my companies that is.... it is a interesting process when you change the direction that you are going in deciding what not to keep and what to keep it is a lot of work...but every business should reevaluate what they are doing every so often....if you see something isn't working ...you may have to change how you or doing it or get rid of it all together.

So for this week I am upgrading my website and my clients websites...posting breakdowns for my clients as well as submitting talent to movies... created 2 comedy events for next month and looking at what to do for following months...busy yes but I love being Kandie....

The Rebirth

So as of today I have completed the Rebirth of Leave It to Kandie, LLC and Kandie Promotions....


Kandie Promotions will continue to be the event planning entity of Leave It To Kandie, LLC...
but Leave It To Kandie has become a Talent Management Company ... we will be managing all of our talents...comedians, singers, actors, models any one that is an entertainer.

Still giving them that one on on sweet touch only Kandie can give....linking them with the clients that will fit their unique talent and from time to time putting them in events that are created by Kandie Promotions to showcase their talent....

So the Rebirth has begun....I am proud to be the owner...the creator... the CEO of what is now Leave It To Kandie, LLC and Kandie Promotions....to have 14 entertainers that I am helping get to their Next Level....

and to believe it all started with 1 person saying that all that they did was Leave It To Kandie......

New Kandie

Well let's see.... I started doing shows...every show was to have 3 elements... 1 rapper...1 singer....1 comedian....the concept was everyone doesn't like rap....may not like the singing act....but everyone likes to laugh..... and so it started.... Thirsty Thursday's... and then my baby was born Classic City Comedy with the FAMOUS Squirt GoLive...

Yes I skipped over a whole part but I will leave that where it is ...in the past...


But what I will tell is that I was asked to be a manager....who would have thought a Talent Manager....
